Hello! I welcomed Stardust home on Saturday and I’m glad to say that she’s settling in very well.
She’s understandably more reserved and wary than she was at your shelter, but is building confidence day by day. I hope to be able to give her belly a good brushing soon…
Introductions with my resident cat is underway, still at the stage where I’m making them exchange rooms and scents (there was some hissing at visual contact so they’re not ready to move forward yet), it’s slow but steady progress and hopefully by being careful I won’t get them off on the wrong foot!
